I would like to have a multi currency tb since the Accpac Tb is only by functional currency and not source currency

One thought is to have this by net changes but not sure how this is possible via FR

Question 2 will be other than Accpac’s GL Comsolidarions module, is there anyone who has a workaround or producing a source currency tb via FR

We have had a change of currency from local to USD back to local
Most multi national companies prefer reporting in USD whereas the tax authorities say it’s supposed to be in local currency

Now we are here

That is a simple FR to produce a TB in another currency, the only complexity depends on if you use a fixed exchange rate or transaction exchange rates.

Considering the rate here is changed once every week and doesn’t change much, I’m up for the challenge. The fixed and the transaction rate won’t be that much miles apart Please guide me.

Use FRDebit and FRCredit to create a TB:
FRDebit("BALP") and FRCredit("BALP") gives you the debit or credit balance for the current period
FRDebit("NETP") and FRCredit("NETP") gives you the debit or credit net movement for the current period
FRRate will give you exchange rates:
FRRATE(functional currency, source currency, rate type, rate date, option)
=FRRATE("USD","CAD","AV")
=FRRATE("USD","CAD","SP",DATE(2009,10,31))
=FRRATE("USD","CAD","SP",DATEVALUE(FRFISCAL("Start")))

Full details are in the Financial Reporter user guide:
Add-ins > FR > FR Help
Or Sage > Help > Product Documents > Sage 300 [version] > User's Guides > Financial Reporter User's Guide
