I have just been asked by an IT Audit Firm to purge Users that have left the employment of my Client from the list of active Users. I just need to check with you guys whether this is the best practice and what would be the impact on the integrity of the Data. I know that we can set the Users to "Inactive/Disable"mode in Administrative Services. But the Auditors don't seem to be satisfied with the use of this feature alone.
