Hi Everyone,

I need to have all the AP or AR transactions for a period i.e. invoices, credit/debit notes, payements etc. etc. in a flat file so it can be imported.

Is there a report or a table that will fulfill my requirement?

I have been using APOBL only to get the data I need but it looks like I am missing some payment information.

How do I use APOBL in conjuction with APOBP to get the full picture?

It looks APOBL has all the information I need except it is missing the reversed check (this is from the GL)

When I sum up the Payments from APOPB for that vendor, It sums to the difference

Screenshot 2

So I think I found my difference but not sure how to join the 2 tables to give me the output in screenshot 1?

Thanks in advance.

SELECT * FROM APOBL INNER JOIN APOBP ON APOBL.IDVEND = APOBP.IDVEND AND APOBL.IDINVC = APOBP.IDINVC
