hi

where do i get the meaning of the data level numbers, anything other than 0. i have BK with level 2, if i punch in a zero manually, accpac complains of BK not activated then once activated, it comes back to level 2 again

have done uninstallations, patching pu3 for v63, same issue

Never, never touch them. Only Sage knows how they work, and they don't tell us.

Well then I’m screwed big time. I have a situation with a 3rd party Cashbook whereby vendors payments in multi currency is coming in as 1:1 instead of multiplying using the exchange rate. Even though the AP entry shows the rate, it’s just not multiplying using the rate on the screen

Did database propagation, deleted euro rates, export rates, delete, propagate, import same issue. Funny part of I enter payment in AP it goes well without issues

I wanted to clear any issues first with sage before engaging the 3rd party as I know reply will take a while. So thought maybe that datalevel 2 is what’s causing it
