I have someone who is has been using the PO module since 2006 and has about 40,000 old POs that are not completed.
When going to delete the old POs, one of the messages that comes up is unformatted item 1 does not exist. When checking the setup, they allow non inventory items. We logged in as admin and the icon for items is not in setup.
It is Sage 300 version 2018 with Product update 1 installed. They do not have inventory control installed.
Any ideas as to how to get rid of this message would be appreciated.
