I have just closed my year end in Adagio A/R. No longer able to see comparison history figures.

Where do you see comparison history figures? There isn't anything I know of in Adagio Receivables called that.

What version are you using (Help | About)?

Perhaps you are referring to the YTD, LY and PTD amounts on the Customer statistics tab? I can't imagine why these would no longer be there. Did you run Maintenance > YearEnd? Have you checked data integrity?
What version of Adagio Receivables are you using?

I meant the Customer Statistics figures showing prior year amounts.
Thanks but I have managed to fix it by restoring my info and redoing the YE procedure in Maintenance. Seems like that is where the problem was.

Yes that is exactly what I meant. I ran YE but not sure why LTD and LY amounts weren't showing. I restored my data and did it again. Seems to be working now.

Probably because you accidentally ran YE multiple times. That would zero EVERYTHING out.
