Good Morning All,

We are suing SAGE 300 Version 2016, the Accounting department is trying to print some Statement for some customer that have an outstanding balance but for some reason they keep getting "There are no records in the specified range" for some customers, I check to see if the Statement have already been printed (ARSTCUS) but the statement have not been printed, is there something else that could prevent the statement with outstanding balance from Printing.

OK, then the customer doesn't have its "Print Statement" box checked.
