When I log into Sage Accpac via Terminal Services as a member of the power users group, I will get the Accpac Installer error when opening certain forms:

Quote:
A code download error has occurred: The subject is not trusted for the specified action.
For more error details please see: ?CodeDownloadErrorLog!name={B5DD226B-3792-4B67-9589-E0C172CA89A9}

If I put myself in the Administrators group, i have no issues but I have unrestricted access to the Accpac server since it is also the Terminal Server.

Any way around this?

Sage Accpac 6.0 and Windows Server 2012 R2.

Thanks that seemed to do the trick but is there a good way to run REGACC as Administrator for the terminal user's profile?

The only way I can think of accomplishing this is to reset the user's password, log in as them, run REGACC as Administrator and have them log back in as themselves.

If you login as them, when you "run as administrator", it should prompt you for credentials.

You only need to "Run As Administrator" once on the terminal server - not as each user.
If you have to run it as each user then something is truly fupped up on that server.

Yeah, I was going to say that, too, but I've seen some weird stuff when IT managers mess with group policies.

Ok.

Just to confirm, running REGACC as admin is just local for the current user's profile and not a global command where all users profiles are affected by it.

No, running REGACC as administrator is supposed to be global. If it's not, something is screwy with your server.

I just reran REGACC as Admin and logged in with a new power user via terminal services and all the Accpac windows opened so it looks to be global command as you mentioned.

Thanks again!!!

I was about to say the same thing, but I've seen some strange things happen when IT administrators tamper with group policies.
