My System Toolbox is 6.1a and my System Manager is 7.0A, I cannot acess my Toolbox, how can I update it.

I have also lost my DOS printer on all my workstations and cannot get it connected back, I can now only run the printer from the File server, help please

I don't understand your issue with losing the DOS printer. Is there a screenshot you can post?

I have ACCPAC Plus vers 6.1A
I was doing end of year for accts rec
I went to Accts rec>periodic processing>year end
I entered the date 12/31/14
Proceed? Y
Clear History? At this point, for some reason my computer kicked me out of ACCPAC. When I go back into accts rec, I get the following message
Damaged data. Posting of transaction clearing is not complete F2
When I enter F2 it takes me out of Accts receivable. HELP!!!

What version of Windows are you running on?
Have you changed the computer this was running on or re-installed Windows?
Something happened during the year-end processing. Either a power issue, hard disk issue, hardware error, or network connectivity issue if you are on a network.
You need to resolve the underlying issue, then the only thing you can do is restore the A/R data from a backup if you have one or get the data repaired.
We can help you restore or do a data repair for you.
