When a User/Admin tries to run Sage 300, the system returns even before "connecting to database" the message that reads:
"DESKTOP has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Now I have seen a similar post with Sage ERP 6.0A and that Peresoft Cashbook was fingered as a culprit. I have checked this with Peresoft and they have denied the knowledge of this phenomenon.
Does this mean this problem is unheard of outside the regions where Cashbook is used extensively?
Is there no other solution to this problem?
