Ah! Atleast I got company!!! Welcome AWA. Ettiene ur suggestion (permissions) doesn't make any sense. Same goes with AV/DEP. ONLY ACCPAC ADMIN workd fine whether the network login is Administrator OR normal user. which means persissions, rights, settings works fine for bothe Network Administrator as well as standard user. But when ACCPAC user changes (anything other than admin) mentioned error pops up. So its clear u have to look within ACCAPC. correct me if I'm wrong. BTW, When I mentioned ntdll.dll in my thread u replied DEP. care to explain a bit more pls?

I tend to agree wih you that it's Accpac related. I had the desktop stop responding error a while back, where the desktop icon's Accpac path was different to the registry path. Unfortunately it can be anything. Have you tried maybe creating a new system db and point the company db to it.
AWA, do you have cashbook?? it might not be related but i remember after upgrading you have to run the cashbook patch and the users will be able to login. check the peresoft website if you do, if not, wait for the specialists to give you an answer.
Mr Mayor was right, It is Cashbook. I did complete uninstallation and start all over, to my surprise it started working once ACCPAC installation completed. then I installed Cashbook, error returned. Anyway this issue is addressed in CBSP1_Jun1. Once that is applied life is normal. For me Issue closed. Tnx Mr Mayor, sorry for overlooking your suggestion.
