negatives on IC aging

im looking for ways to do away with negative quantities on IC aging, mainly caused by Sales and Internal Usage. the system does not allow negatives

e.g in Jan Receipts 5, sales 10 the aging for January is -5
February issue 3 and aging in 31-60 shows -3

even though the total is correct, because it adds these up and have net effects, have best can i have these net effects per selected months or per aging of periods.

The totals are correct, therefore you ignore the negatives.

Re: negatives on IC aging

for me i wouldn't mind but the client on their packs they have stock aging in this format
1-30 and totals
31-60 and totals
61-90 and totals

let's say the 61-90 they didn't receive stock but sold stock, the totals come in as negative, and hence the question that the stock did not age negatively. that is more of movement not aging. they would want to see whats remaining not what moved

Then use a different report. FWIW, none of my clients use that report.

Write your own report, the standard report is useless.
