Error when opening Plus

We have moved from our network environment to a single WS (XP).
When attempting to open Plus we are getting a message that the lanpak units are not compatible with the version of System Manager.
Is there a way to delete the lanpaks or some other method to fix this issue?

Hi Bill:
You could try renaming ezunits.ld4 in the \ASP folder.
I'm not sure that will work though. You may need to re-install the ACCPAC Plus Windowing System Manager from the original media if possible.

It is very dangerous these days to be running Windows XP. Very susceptible to Ransomware attacks since there are no security updates for XP anymore. You should take a look at Adagio, a windows-based accounting system that will convert your ACCPAC Plus data with screens and reports similar to ACCPAC Plus.

Thanks, I found the problem. I had to make a change to the profile.ld4 file. It was still pointing to the network drive.
We are not concerned about running XP as this system is not using internet.
We are only using this for historical information and are using Adagio as well.

Why not convert whatever Plus data you have to Adagio and stop using Plus?
